A few months ago, the world's largest poker network, PokerStars, created a new kind of tournament aptly named Bubble Rush. In short, these competitions are held in hyper-turbo mode until ITM, and then they acquire standard speed.

In addition, they slow down once or twice as the game deepens and the money gap widens.
These are great tournaments if you can feel them moving, but don't want to spend hours trying to get the minimum payout.
Very often, changes or introduction of something new right away are not fully supported by your HUD or database. However, some of them are more responsive to innovation.

Software for Bubble Rush

Hold'em Manager 2 released beta version 2.0.0.8449 in September, which already includes HUD support for Bubble Rush tournaments. In addition, the latest release is compatible with Speed (Fast Fold) on iPoker for clients 16.6.4 or later. However, in the near future, this support will only work on one table.

These are the biggest changes introduced, but there were several others, also for specific networks. Addressed an issue where some 888 No Limit Hold'em tournaments were imported as Limit Hold'em tournaments. In addition, players in Romania now have support from the newly licensed 888poker.ro.

Update or not?

If any of this caused you problems, update the software. However, if you are not playing this, then you might want to wait for a stable release.
Also, if you go ahead and upgrade, it is recommended that you use a new database as a precaution. Hold'em Manager 2 support advises this in case an error occurs, as the beta release is not as fully tested as the stable release. If you do not fully understand how to implement this technically, ask a question on our forum.

If you are not using НМ2 yet - download a free trial version for 30 days. Updates like this are free for the lifetime of the program, so you don't have to spend extra money when new games or poker client enhancements are released.
