PokerStars improves Mac Client

Last week, a PokerStars spokesman announced that the introduction of the new room client for the Mac platform is taking place gradually. An improved version of the program is already working in a number of regions where online poker is regulated. For August, the room has planned to launch a new client in the .COM and .EU domain zones. This app now contains operating system-specific controls and initial text support for Retina.

For the main client of the room running on Windows, a number of updates have been released. So, now PokerStars players can re-enter tournaments. At the same time, unlike the rebuy and add-on, the participant will not keep his place. Instead, he will make a completely new entry into the tournament. There will be few re-entry tournaments in the beginning until the developers are sure everything is functioning properly.

Two new decks of cards have also been released. Both are available in the Table Themes menu.
In addition, some fixes and improvements have been implemented:
• Fix for ante sound playing too many times in every hand
• Solving a number of graphical problems with pocket cards that obscured the button button in themes derived from the classic
• Correction of an issue where the automatic table closure did not work when a player was eliminated at the same time as this table was disbanded
• A few more minor fixes
