What is poker datamining?

Datamining is a large volume of hand history (most often from several hundred thousand to millions) in which you did not participate, but which you can import into your poker tracker in order to obtain useful information about your opponents strategy.

How to import datamining into a poker tracker?

Important: to download hand histories to Poker Tracker or Holdem Manager, you first need to convert the received files using the special Chico Converter.

After that  you need to import the received folder with hand history into your tracker.

1. Launch your tracker (PT4 is taken as an example);
2. Click on "Get hands from disk";


3. Next, select "Select Directory";


4. Indicate the folder where you downloaded your datamining;
5. Brew yourself tea and wait until the entire data array is loaded into your tracker.

In Holdem Manager this is done by Hand Importing => Manual Hand Import => Import Folder => specify the folder with datamining => OK
